Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a space where we can work 1:1 to talk about what is challenging you, and determine how we can build a plan to address the challenges.

My therapeutic approach is to look at the external and internal factors that may be contributing to the challenges in your life. From there, you and I can assess the situation together and choose a therapy approach that fits your unique situation the best.
I offer individual therapy for adults. Click below to book a free 20-min discovery call to determine if we are the right fit.
Family/Couples Therapy
In couples and family therapy, we explore the perspective of each person about what is happening that brings them to therapy. From there, we build a plan collaboratively to address the challenges.

Together, we will all discuss what the collective goal of the couple or family is, and form a plan to attempt meeting the ideal outcome. The couple or family will work together to unravel the challenges and take steps toward unity.

Consultation Call
The consultation/discovery call is to determine if my style as a therapist fits your expectations, values, and needs as you embark on a journey to living a life that feels good to you. During this call, you will not tell me your story, rather you will tell me what qualities you are looking for in a therapist. Let's have a chat! Click below to book a free 20-min discovery call to determine if we are the right fit.
Therapeutic Process
1. Schedule a discovery/consultation call so that we can see if we are a good fit to move forward with therapy.

2. If you want to move forward with scheduling a therapy session, we will set up an intake call. During this session, we will review the consent form and obtain your informed consent to move forward with therapy sessions by going over what your rights are as a client, and my duties as the therapist you chose. We will also talk about what brings you to therapy, some history, and what you would like to achieve in therapy. At any point, if you feel uncomfortable, we can stop this process.

3. We will decide, together, how many sessions might be needed (or how many you want to attend), how often you attend therapy, and some goals we will work on individually and together.
